Oh the nights I have contemplated if I should go with the Tamron 90mm or the Nikkor 105mm. In the end I decided to go for the latter (mainly because of the front element not extending), but seeing these shots really show what an excellent performer this lens is.

Really nice macro. Definitely a little piece of art.
