Penang Delicacy #1 - Fried Kway Teow

For those who have not been to this part of the world and particularly Penang, Malaysia, let me introduce you to the various food you can sample if you do visit us. This is the Fried Kway Teow. It is basically fried flat rice noodles with beansprouts, some cockles (we call it sihum here), some prawn, a bit of porky stuff, lard and chilli. It can be quite spicy but you can also have it mild. Very delicious and a definite must try!
